User Operation
NOTE : No patient data is saved until the “New patient” button has been hit and
you are back at the home screen. If device is turned off on the results screen,
patient information and measurement will not be saved.
NOTE : If device is in acquisition mode and a measurement has not been taken
within 3 minutes, a notification message will appear (see Notification Message
section in page 22).

The arrow turns green once both eyes are properly aligned. Press the green
arrow and the measurement will begin.
NOTE : You can enter auto-trigger mode before the measurement begins by hold-
ing the orange arrow until it starts blinking. Measurement will begin automatically
once eyes are aligned. See more details in Advanced Settings section.
During the measurement:
a. Ask the patient to blink at the start and whenever needed.
b. Focus on the distant target instead of the red dot.
c. At the end of the measurement, the measurement beam will be turned off,
i.e. patient will no longer see the red dot.
NOTE : If Sound is on, there will be a beep to indicate start of measurement and
beep-beep to indicate end of the measurement. Sound can be turned on or off in
Basic Settings.
