CHARGE LINE DISCONNECT
The charge line disconnect switch (red key) is located above
the battery box. Access is through the driver side rear door.
The charge line disconnect switch (red key) controls the
charge from the engine alternator and solar panels to the
coach batteries. When the switch is ON, the coach batteries
will charge from the engine alternator and solar panels.
When the switch is OFF, the coach batteries will NOT charge
from the engine alternator and solar panels. This disconnect
switch is used for shipping, storage and freezing conditions.
This switch should be used during battery servicing.
ON Position:
red key is locked into the switch
OFF Position:
red key can be removed from the switch
12 VOLT BATTERY DISCONNECT
The 12 volt battery disconnect switch is located by the
main entrance door on the touch screen control panel. The
disconnect switch will stop all 12 volt power supplied to your
motorhome from the coach batteries.
NOTE:
If your vehicle is going to be parked and not in use
for longer than a 48 hour period, turn this switch to the OFF
position as the LP/CO detector is hard wired into the coach
batteries and will eventually drain the batteries.
DC BREAKERS FOR THE CONVERTER/CHARGER
AND GENERATOR
These breakers are located next to the DC load center.
Remove the cover panel to access the breakers. The 150
amp disconnect breaker protects the converter/charger
input to the coach batteries. The 150 amp breaker will also
disconnect coach battery input to the DC load center. The 80
amp generator breaker disconnects the coach battery feed to
the generator for the generator starter and generator
fuel pump.
