Carefully remove all pieces from carton and
make sure that you have all parts listed (refer
to parts list on page 1).
If you are missing parts, please call GHP
customer service at 1-877-447-4768.

Lay middle panel (3) on a clean, non-abrasive
surface with center front panel (2) on top and
slightly overlapping. Insert 2 Allen bolts (B)
through flat washers (C), through pre-drilled
holes in center front panel (2), and into pre-
drilled holes in middle panel (3). Tighten
securely with Allen wrench (D).

Insert 4 wood dowels (A) into pre-drilled
holes in edges of middle/center front panel
assembly. Slip one end panel (4) over dowels
on the left side. Slip second end panel (4) over
dowels on right side. NOTE: End panels are
interchangeable. Make sure both panels are
snug, then secure with flat washers (C) and
Allen bolts (B) in pre-drilled holes as shown.
Tighten with Allen wrench (D).

Insert 2 wood dowels (A) into pre-drilled
holes in top edge of right/left side panels (5).
Slip right side panel (5) into pre-drilled hole on
left bottom edge of middle/center front panel
assembly. Slip left side panel (5) into pre-
drilled hole on right bottom edge of middle/cen-
ter front panel assembly. NOTE: Side panels
are interchangeable. Make sure both panels
are snug, then secure with flat washers (C) and
Allen bolts (B) in pre-drilled holes as shown.
Tighten with Allen wrench (D.
