We hereby declare that the boat described below, at the time it is placed on the market, meets, in
its design, type and construction, the basic safety requirements of the
EC Directive for Recreational Craft
In the event of alterations, modifications made to the boat which have not been agreed by us and
which affect the "basic safety requirements", this declaration no longer applies to that boat and is
therefore null and void.
