General Connection Settings: Displays information including Channel, SSID, Tx Rate and
Network Type. You can click

button for modifying these values.

Channel
: Shows the number of the radio channel used for the networking. Only
Access Points and Ad-Hoc nodes create the BSSID. This parameter is not active in
the Infrastructure operation mode.

: Shows the SSID of the BSS that one willing to join.

available wireless stations without checking the consistency of channel and SSID
with the wireless station

Tx Rate
: Shows the Data Transfer Rate. There are 1 Mbps, 2M bps, 5.5 Mbps, 11
Mbps, and auto mode. If Auto Mode is been selected, the device will select the most
suitable rate automatically.
