Please confirm if the audio mute function is on.

Voice is unclear or discontinuous.
Please set the speaker volume to normal degree. If the speaker volume is too low
or too high, the echo cancellation mechanism could be overloading and thus
damage sound quality.

How to use the Video Phone if you don’t have a static IP address?
a)
If you have MIS staff, please turn to them for assistance.
b)
Please make sure if the router you use supports DMZ. Please contact the
router manufacturer for setting problems.
c)
Please reboot the router after finishing DMZ setting.
d)
Please ping your IP address. If you fail to locate the IP address, there must
be some errors in the router setting. Please go through the router setting and
correct the errors.
