Installing the Freezer

Connect the freezer
1.
Check that the mains voltage rating, shown on the right-hand
side panel of the freezer, is correct for the local voltage. If
incorrect, contact your supplier and do not continue to install
the freezer.
2.
Connect the delivery tube to the rear of the freezer. The
freezer is fitted with a 3/4" UNF male nipple.
3.
Connect the other end of the delivery tube to the liquid
nitrogen tap by using an appropriate adapter and observing
the manufacturer's instructions.
Liquid nitrogen pressure must never exceed 2.0 bar (30
psi) and the liquid nitrogen supply must be fitted with a
tap or other means of shutting off.
Wear protective clothing, including cryogloves and
goggles.
4.
Carefully open the liquid nitrogen tap whilst checking for
leaks. Rectify as necessary.
