Hold the glass cover (

) on both sides with
your hands and pull it carefully upwards out
of the guide rail (

, fig. right).

To reinstall the glass cover, hold it on both sides with your hands. Then insert
the glass cover into the guide rail carefully.
4.
Ensure that the glass cover is inserted in the guide rail securely and properly.
5.
Close the glass cover.
Be very cautious and careful with the glass cover during the entire removal,
installation and cleaning process so that it does not get scratched or
possibly even break.
WARNING!
If the glass cover has not been installed properly, it may
slip out of the guide rail when opening or closing; it is possible that the
glass cover may be damaged or even broken thereby. RISK OF INJURY!
RISK OF DAMAGE!
WARNING!
Ensure that you never touch the glass cover of the gas
hob with pots and pans that are still hot. The glass may crack and break
due to the heat. RISK OF INJURY! RISK OF DAMAGE!
NOTICE!
Never place objects of any kind on the glass cover. The glass
cover is to be used to cover the (cooled) gas hob only and must not be
misused as a storage place for objects.
NOTICE!
If liquids are spilled on the closed glass cover, remove them
immediately and carefully using a soft cloth before you open the glass
cover.
NOTICE!
Any damage that is caused to your appliance by improper
removal or installation of the glass cover will not be fixed free of charge,
even if the guarantee period of the appliance is still valid.
