3.4.1 General operation of the oven
The oven can be warmed up using the bottom and top heaters and the fan. The
operation of the oven is controlled by the
OVEN FUNCTION KNOB

).To set a function you should turn the knob to
the desired position (in clockwise

anticlockwise direction).
To select a temperature, use the

CAUTION!
Turn the temperature control knob in
clockwise
direction only
. After you have set a temperature, you can turn the knob
back to its home position. Otherwise you may damage the temperature
control knob.

The red light (

oven is heating.
When the red light goes off the oven has reached the temperature you preset.
lf a recipe recommends to place dishes in a warmed-up oven, place the dishes in
the oven after the red light has gone off for the first time.
While the oven is used, the red light will go off and on temporarily to maintain
the preset temperature.
The green light

indicates that the oven is operating.
