Always lift your cookware, when you want to move it on the glass ceramic. Do
not push cookware as you may scratch the glass ceramic.
3.5 How to start cooking
Your hob is equipped with two heating modes: a
POWER LEVEL MODE
and a
TEMPERATURE MODE
.
You can set the power level
or
the temperature of the cooking zones individually.
You can use the
POWER LEVEL MODE
OR
the
TEMPERATURE MODE
of the hob
for cooking.
Always set the appliance according to your respective cooking
requirements.
WARNING!
Never touch the cooking zones while the residual heat
indicator is still on. RISK OF BURNS!
Caution!
Cooking utensils may become hot because of the heat
transferred by the heated food. Potholders or oven gloves may be needed
to handle such utensils.
NOTICE!
Only use cookware which is suitable to be used on
ceramic
glass
; otherwise you will damage the appliance.
3.5.1 Power level mode (P 1 - P 9)
If the
POWER LEVEL MODE
of the hob is activated, you can set a
power level
for
the desired cooking zone. Each cooking zone is equipped with 9 power levels
(
P 1 - P 9
).
When the power is on, an acoustic signal sounds once; all indicators show «
P 0
».
Now the appliance has entered the stand-by mode.
