light.

The fan works without a heat setting.

Defrosting time depends on size and weight of the food. The
defrosting time can also be found in the instructions on the
label of the food packaging.

The grill, the top heat and the fan operate simultaneously.

Accelerates grilling and improves the taste of the food.
➢
Suitable for the fast browning of food, e.g., steaks, burgers.

Maintains the juiciness of the food, e.g., of steaks, burgers,
etc.

Settable oven temperature range: 50 °C - 250 °C.

The heat is emitted directly onto the food under the grill
element.

"Combined grilling" allows higher temperatures in the top

OTTOM HEAT AND HOT AIR FAN

Switches on the bottom heater of the oven, e.g., for final
backing from the bottom.

The fan is surrounded by a heating element, so the hot air is
evenly distributed.

This function is suitable for frozen convenience products,
and dishes which require a powerful bottom heat.

This function is also suitable for the
rapid preheating

the oven and for the sterilising and preserving of jars.
