4.3.1 General operation of the oven

The oven can be warmed up using the bottom and top heaters and the fan

The operation of the oven is controlled by the
ROTARY KNOB FOR THE SELECTION
OF THE OVEN FUNCTIONS

).
To set a function you should turn the knob to the desired position.

To select a temperature, use the

temperature. You can select a temperature between of 50 °C and 250 °C (

clockwise direction only

To switch off the oven completely, you must turn the rotary knob for the
selection of the oven functions to position «

selection of the oven temperature to position «

» (s. fig. below).
To switch on the oven, you must set an oven function
and
an oven temperature
too. If you only select an oven function, the oven does not switch on.
The appliance is equipped with a
24-hour display.

NOTICE!
Turn the rotary knob for the selection of the oven temperature in
clockwise direction only
. After you have set a temperature, you can turn
the knob back to its home position. Otherwise, you may damage the rotary
knob.

PERATIONAL STATUS INDICATORS OF THE OVEN

The red light (

) indicates that the oven
is heating.
❖
When the red light goes off the oven has reached the set temperature.
❖
If a recipe recommends to place dishes in a warmed-up oven, place the dishes in
the oven after the red light has gone off for the first time.
