requiring precise measurement. TuringSense makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of
data displayed by any Product. TuringSense does not warrant that the operation of any Product will be
uninterrupted or error-free.
This warranty is void if the label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO FOR ANY TRAFFIC FINES OR
CITATIONS, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, ANY COSTS OR RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR
REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED OR USED WITH TURINGSENSE PRODUCTS AND ANY
FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON THE PRODUCT WHETHER
RESULTING FROM THE USE MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE
PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
