Cleaning the print nozzle

If you get a bad test print pattern, clean the print nozzles to see if this corrects the problem. To clean the 
print nozzles:

 1.  Tap the 

Settings

 (gear) icon in the global toolbar.

 2.  Tap the 

Mail Printer Maintenance

 button within the Mail Settings section.

 3.  Tap 

Clean Print Nozzle

.

 4.  Once the cleaning operation completes, you will be prompted to print another test pattern. If the 

pattern still has broken or missing lines, you may need to replace the ink cartridge or print head.
