Problems Adding Postage

The display shows a series of messages during the adding postage

process

Normal

The machine is designed to display the progress of the postage

refill. If the procedure fails for any reason, the display tells you why.

Make the necessary corrections.

Machine fails to connect to Postage by Phone Data Centre

Machine not connected to a viable connection method

Make sure all cables are properly connected and that you have a

working internet connection.
