7 • Maintenance

3.  Place the wick back into the holder.
4.  Reinstall the wick and holder assembly into the moistener.
5.  Reinstall the moistener. Push down on the blue release lever on 

the moistener. 

Removing the Holder and Wick

1.  Pull up and remove 

the holder and wick 

from the moistener as 

shown.

2.  Separate the wick 

from its metal holder. 

Clean the wick in 

plain water, and rinse 

thoroughly.

6.  Slide the moistener back onto the machine. You should hear a 

click as it engages.
