GENERAL
The Model 1810 Folder is a desktop folding machine designed for
the low-volume mailer. The folder is ideal for mailers whose normal
usage is about 20 sheets per day or those who have monthly peak
loads of under 1000 sheets.
The Model 1810 Folder can fold papers in letter, legal, statement,
and invoice sizes. The pieces to be folded can contain from one to
three sheets of a nominal 20# base paper. A single dial allows you
to select the desired fold based on paper size. Refer to chart on
page 6.
For single-sheet folding, you can use either the automatic feeding
function by placing the single sheets in the paper cassette or by
manually placing the sheet into the manual feed opening. For pieces
that are stapled or contain more than one sheet, you must feed
them manually. The following figure shows the major components
of the folder.
