16.1.3 Cleaning the Dust Canister
The dust canister can be cleaned as follows:
Separate the Dust Canister from the Vacuum Cleaner as previously
described.
Wash the Dust Canister in warm mild soapy water, rinse in clean fresh
cold water and let fully dry.
DO NOT
place in a dishwasher.
DO NOT
use a hair drier or external heat source to dry.
DO NOT
use the Vacuum Cleaner without the Dust Canister in place.
NOTE
: Never use the vacuum cleaner with a wet or damp components.
(Wet Vacuuming excepted)
16.2 Cleaning the Motor Housing and Components
Do not clean the vacuum cleaner, components or accessories using
petrol or any other flammable liquid or solvents, etc.
The motor housing, components and accessories can be cleaned by
wiping over with a moist (not dripping wet) cloth and mild detergent.
After cleaning, wipe off the moisture on vacuum cleaner, components
and accessories with a clean dry cloth.
Do Not
place accessories and components in a dishwasher.
