level shown below should be 0.3

1. Turn off the PEAK ACL control. Adjust the output (TP815) of
IC810 to have 1.1 Vp-p from the pedestal level.
Adjusted value: 1.1

1. Select the special TWIN PICTURE settings for adjustment
(so that the same video source is reflected on MAIN/SUB).
1. Adjust TB1274_SUB output (TP806) to 0.9
