Troubleshooting
Incorrect operations are often mistaken for trouble and malfunctions. If you think that there is something wrong
with this component, check the points below. Sometimes the trouble may lie in another component. Inspect the
other components and electrical appliances being used. If the trouble cannot be rectified even after exercising the
checks listed below, ask your nearest PIONEER authorized service center or your dealer to carry out repair work.

The STANDBY indi-
cator blinks and the
power does not turn
on.
The computer image
from RGB-1 is not
displayed.
There are no colors.
• When the STANDBY indicator
blinks successively twice:
The video card connector is not in-
serted firmly.
• When the STANDBY indicator
blinks successively three times:
The terminal panel is not inserted
firmly.
• The SCART RGB is set to ON.
• The wire connector used to the
connect video card and main unit
is not securely connected.
• Insert the video card connector
firmly.
• Insert the terminal panel firmly
and retain it with screws.
• Turn the computer off, select
the RGB-1 function and display
the menu screen.
In the menu screen, set SCART
RGB to OFF and turn the com-
puter on again.
• Connect the connector se-
curely.
