7.1.2 TROUBLE SHOOTING
• No Power ON
• FL is not turned ON
• FL indication is unusual

Turn on the power again
after 2 - 3 minutes.
• Blow out fuse (F101) of the primary side.
• Varister (Z101) on the POWER SUPPLY Assy is damaged.
• Blow out micro-fuse (P201, P202, P203) on the POWER SUPPLY Assy.
(Check the each voltage.)
• FL controller IC (IC701) on the FLKY Assy is damaged.
• Blow out micro-fuse (P201) on the POWER
SUPPLY Assy.
• Check the following connections :
DVDM Assy (CN1030) - MDRB Assy (CN301) (12P flexible cable)
DVDM Assy (CN921) - MDRB Assy (CN302) (12P flexible cable)
MDRB Assy - SEMB Assy (9P parallel cord)
MDRB Assy - DOMB Assy (4P parallel cord)
MDRB Assy - LOMB Assy (5P parallel cord)
• Check the +6V power supply voltage (above micro fuse).
• Check the following connections :
MDRB Assy - SMEB Assy (8P flexible cable)
DVDM Assy - AVJB Assy (15P flexible cable)
DVDM Assy - AVJB Assy (14P flexible cable)
AVJB Assy - MSJB Assy (7P flexible cable)
DVDM Assy - VQEB Assy (B to B connector)
FL indication is dark or flickers.

• Check the following connections :
POWER SUPPLY Assy - DVDM Assy (26P flexible cable)
DVDM Assy - FLKY Assy (15P flexible cable)
FLKY Assy - KEYB Assy (11P flexible cable)
• Check each voltage (EV+5V, SW+5V, SW+3.3V, +6V and +12V)
(If above voltage are not supplied, check the micro-fuse.)
• Short or open the zenner diode
on the POWER SUPPLY Assy.
