(if you’re not already in the Setup menus), select the Diagnostics menu,

select Run Loopback Tests, and then run the Network Reflector test.

This test verifies the transmission of data over the network.

13. Check that you are dialing the correct OFF-NET numbers for the far-end site.

Have the people at the far-end site ask their internal telecommunications
department for this information.

If you are still experiencing problems, contact your videoconferencing service provider.
