1. Press
on your hand-held remote to increase the volume.
2. Make sure that neither your site nor the far-end site has muted the call (a mute icon
appears on the screen when the call is muted).
3. Make sure that all cable connections to your system and to the monitor are correct
and secure.
4. Check the volume level on your monitor. To do this, hang up the call, press
,
select the Diagnostics menu, and then select Generate Audio Test Tone. (Note that
your system administrator may have password-protected the menus.)
If the audio tone you hear is not loud enough, increase the volume level on your
monitor. A mid-range level is recommended.
