4.3 RF Output Connections
Connect an RF output coax cable to a rear panel F-connector labeled RF OUT and route to
combiners, transmitters or other equipment which use the RF signal. Install a second for the
PFR-2 and up to 4 for the PFR-4, if desired.
You may monitor each output signal from the rear panel test port. The PFR includes a
-20 dB directional coupler to divert a small amount of the signal from the primary RF OUT to this
output. The -20 dB level is approximate and varies due to parts variations.
5. Front Panel Operations
The PFR has one user adjustment per RF output, the RF ADJUST on the front panel.
