MODULE ARCHITECTURE 40-855
The sub-units used to control the module’s MEMS relays are as detailed below. Enabling a particular bit opens the
corresponding Channel.
2 Channel Switch
The 40-855 Modules utilise either one or two MEMS switches depending on the option. In the default state Channel
1 is selected. Energising the MEMS switch appropriately creates a signal path between the Common and the other
Channel terminal. The relay module’s switching architectures are shown in their default state in the diagrams below:
