For the purpose of ensuring safe opera-
tion of the system the safety devices and
covers must not be put out of service,
bypassed or dismantled by any measu-
res.
The system must be shut down imme-
diately if faults or malfunctions occur in
the ventilation system that could pose a
risk to persons or property.
Further operation must be effectively
prevented until a complete repair has
been made! Repair may only be perfor-
med by a skilled installer.
Overheating protection.
A thermo bi-metal switch is
built in to protect the optio-
nally-integrated frost protection heater
battery from overheating. When a tem-
perature of +50 °C is reached, this
element interrupts the power supply to
the PTC electric heater battery.
