Your physician's reading may sometimes differ from your home
readings. This could be related to a phenomenon known as
“white coat syndrome”.

single reading taken is your usual blood pressure

blood pressure varies constantly throughout the

stress, thereby influencing your blood pressure.
Note: It is important that you take home readings regularly, and
that you follow the procedures and precautions mentioned in the
