Replacing fuses
The air filter is located on the rear panel.
1. To remove the filter, gently compress it and pull the filter out of
the metal frame.
2. Clean the filter with warm water to remove dust and dirt that may
restrict air flow.
3. After the air filter is completely dry, carefully compress and insert
it into the metal frame.
The lamps are housed under the lenses of the
HV ENABLE
and
POWER
switches.
1. Ensure that the switches are in the off position (not flush with the
bezel).
2. Insert a small screwdriver into the notch at the top of the lens.
3. Gently pull the lens forward until it is free of the housing.
4. Locate the lamp puller inside the housing, and pull it forward to
free the lamp.
5. Replace the lamp with a type CM85 (28V, T 1-3/4 wedge base)
lamp or equivalent.
6. Carefully push the lamp back into the socket and snap the lens into
place.
Spare fuses may be stored in two rectangular boxes at the front of the
voltage selection block. Use a screwdriver to push out the plastic fuse
holder.
