Machine does not turn on

No power supply

Main power switch is OFF

Circuit breaker has tripped

Blown main power fuse

Motor has failed

Plug in power cord

Place power switch to ON

Reset circuit breaker

Replace fuse on rear panel

Change the electric motor

Rollers do not turn after
“FWD” button is pressed

Emergency switch is engaged

Excess roller nip pressure

Photo eye blocked

Disengage emergency switch

Reduce the nip pressure of
the rubber rollers

Remove the blockage

Poor film adhesion or cloudy
prints

Nip roller pressure too low

Dust on the surface of the print

Not hot enough if using thermal
