Zoom Motor Assembly Replacement
Tools:
• #2 Phillips screwdriver
WARNING: Ensure that power is completely removed (disconnected) from luminaire before
attempting any work.
To remove zoom motor assembly:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire and allow unit to completely cool.
Step 2. As illustrated in Figure 2-21 , remove both head covers by loosening each quarter-turn Dzus
fastener - four per cover.
Note: Each cover is secured by a safety tether. Locate clip attached to cover and unclip tether.

Step 3. Remove moving zoom assembly (refer to “Moving Zoom Assembly Replacement” on
page 18 ).
Step 4. Remove mother board assembly. See “Motherboard Assembly Replacement” on page 32 .
Step 5. Remove either LED Driver Board #2 or #3. See “LED Driver Assembly Replacement” on
page 29 .
CAUTION:
Remove power and
allow fixture to cool.
