frequency. The GSM network controls the power at
which the phone transmits (between 0.02 watts and
2 watts).

standards.The CE mark on your cellular phone means
that it is compliant with the European directive on
electromagnetic compatibility 89/336/EEC and the
low voltage directive 73/23/EEC.
