downloaded the app.

GroomTribe or
SkinAnalyst app from
your App store.
Your shaver and
smartphone are not
paired yet.
Make sure the shaver
and smartphone
are paired (see
'Preparing for use').
The first pairing
attempt failed.
Reset/unpair
the shaver and
smartphone and try
to pair them again.
The smartphone
cannot find the
shaver.
Make sure your
smartphone is
equipped with
Bluetooth 4.1 or
higher.
Make sure Bluetooth
is activated on the
shaver and the
smartphone.
Make sure the shaver
is charged.
I want to use the
shaver without the
app.
You do not have to
connect your shaver
with your phone
before each shave.
Just make sure that
you connect it at
least once per 20
shaves to allow
synchronization of
your shave data.
