Service Positions
Caution: Take the necessary precautions to avoid display
damage and TV set failure!
Carefully follow the instructions for easy and safe servicing:
•
Put the set face down on a soft flat surface, foam buffers or
other specific workshop tools.
•
Put the set in a stable position to assure safe
(dis)assembling, measuring and aligning.
•
When using foam bars make sure that they always support
the cabinet and never only the display.
•
Take ESD precautions for safe measurements.

Disassembly / Assembly 7100/7120/7170/7180

1.
Remove fixation screws [1] that secure the stand bracket,

Take the stand bracket out from the set.

Remove fixation screws [1], [2], [3], [4] that secure the rear
cover, Refer to

2.
Unplug the connector [5] from SSB, Refer to
for details.
3.
Gently lift the rear cover from the TV. Make sure that wires
and cables are not damaged while lifting the rear cover
from the set.
