Play games
What you can do
On this TV, you can play regular or
two-player* games, in full-screen with
optimised picture settings for games.
*For PFL43x8 only
What you need
Connect your game console to this TV.
See
Connect your TV > Connect
devices > Game console
(Page 41).
A two-player kit (PTA508 or PTA518,
sold separately) for two-player,
full-screen gaming*. The kit comes with
two pairs of gaming glasses. See the
user manual of the glasses for
information on how to charge them
and switch them on.

Start gaming
1. Press
SOURCE

2. Select the game console, then press
OK
.
3. If needed, load a game disc on the game
console, then select a game to play.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to start
gaming.
Start two-player full-screen gaming
For PFL43x8
Some games offer multi-player and
split-screen gaming. The 3D technology of
this TV can display the split-screens as two
full screen views. With the two-player
gaming glasses, each player can experience
different views on the same TV.
1. Press

2. Select the game console, then press

3. If needed, load a game disc on the game
console.
4. On the game console, select a multi-player
or two-player game, then select split-screen
viewing.
5. Press
OPTIONS
on the TV remote
control.

[Picture and sound]

7. Select
[Top / bottom]
or
[Side by side]
,
then press
OK
.
8. Switch on the two-player glasses, press
the player selection switch, and then put
them on. (See the user manual for the
two-player gaming glasses).
Tips:
To view game menus or scores, press
OK
to switch viewing mode.
Game settings
Picture setting for games
You can optimise the TV display for gaming
without picture lag.

You can optimise sound effects for gaming.

Note:
When your gaming session ends,
switch back to your usual sound setting.
