Problem
Why it happened
What to do
I cannot pair the
Sensor Device
with the Philips
NightBalance
app and the
Sensor Device
shows the
following screen:
Bluetooth on your
smartphone is
switched OFF
Enable Bluetooth on your
smartphone.
The Philips
NightBalance app
is not ready to pair.
Follow the instructions in the
app. Initiate pairing on the
Sensor Device only if the app
indicates to do so. See page 11.
The smartphone
and Sensor Device
are not within
reach.
Keep the smartphone and Sensor
Device within reach (1m) of
eachother
The Sensor
Device is not
turning ON,
or shows the
following screen:
The battery is
empty.
Place the Sensor Device on the
powered Docking Station. After
a few hours, the Sensor Device
should be fully charged. See page
23, 24 and 25.
