Controls
Controls on the system

DBB
– enables or disables bass enhancement.

DSC
– selects different types of preset sound equalizer
settings.

Tuner .................... searches for a radio station
Disc ....................... fast searches backward/forward
in a disc at different speeds.

ECO POWER/STANDBY-ON

– switches the system on or to Eco-power standby
/normal standby mode.

Disc ....................... starts or interrupts disc playback
Tuner .................... activates the plug and play
function
SOURCE
– selects the respective sound source: DISC, USB,
TUNER (FM), or AUX.

next chapter/title/track.
Tuner .................... selects a preset radio station

– stops disc playback or erases a program.

iR Sensor
– point the remote control towards this sensor.

OPEN/CLOSE
– opens or closes the disc door.

Tuner .................... program the favourite stations.
Tuner. .................... press and hold to start automatic
preset programming.
Disc/USB ............ program the favourite tracks.

MODE
– selects various repeat/shuffle play modes (For
VCD with PBC feature, PBC must be turned off.)

– adjusts the volume upward/downward.
Clock
– sets the clock time

– shows the current status of the set.

– jack for the external USB mass storage device.

– inputs a track/title/chapter number of the disc.

– VCD/CD/MP3-CD: enters the program menu.
– Tuner: programs preset radio stations.
– DVD: selects a DVD camera angle.

SOURCE
– to select the respective sound source: DISC
USB, TUNER or AUX.

SYSTEM MENU
(disc mode only)
– to enter or exit the system menu bar.

DISC MENU
(disc mode only)
– DVD/VCD: enters or exits the disc contents
menu.
– VCD2.0: switches the playback control mode on
or off .

gradually.
– press and hold, then release the key to start
automatic search for a radio frequency
downward/upward.
Disc
– moves an enlarged picture left/right.
– (not for MP3 CD) searches backward/forward in

– In DISC mode, to select a movement direction in
the disc menu or system menu bar.
Picture CD
– rotates a picture clockwise or counterclockwise.
