moved over the
skin too fast.
Move the appliance over the skin
at a moderate speed.
The appliance
does not work.
The socket to
which the
appliance is
connected is
not live.
Make sure the socket you use is
live. If you use a socket in a
bathroom cabinet, you may need
to switch on the light to activate
the socket.

not switched
