To lock the battery drawer
Close the battery drawer completely
and make sure it is locked.
Tool to unlock the battery
drawer
Use this small tool provided by your
hearing care professional.
Unlock the battery drawer
Insert the tip of the tool into the
small hole at the back of the battery
drawer.
1. Move it to the right and hold it.
2. Open the battery drawer.

children and people with learning difficulties, a
