Assemble the kneading accessory in the bowl. Put
flour, salt and margarine or butter in the bowl. Add
the fresh or dried yeast and the water. Put the lid
on the bowl and turn it into the direction of the
arrow until you hear a click. Set the speed control
to maximum speed (position 2) and mix the
dough (for the maximum kneading time see the
table Quantities and preparation times).

Remove the dough from the bowl, put it in a large
bowl, cover with a damp tea towel and allow to
rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. After rising,
flatten the dough again, and shape into a ball.

Return the dough to the bowl, cover with the
damp cloth and leave it to rise for another
20 minutes. Flatten it again, and roll it up.

Place the dough in a greased baking tin, and leave
it to rise for another 45 minutes. Bake the bread
in the lower part of a pre-heated oven.

Bake the bread at about 225
c
C in the lower part
of a pre-heated oven in about 35 minutes.
