Solution
I cannot switch
on Philips
BlueControl even
though it is fully
charged.
The sensor is dirty.
Clean the infrared sensor
with alcohol and a cotton
bud (see 'Cleaning and
maintenance').
Philips
BlueControl
suddenly
switches off
during treatment.
The preset time has
elapsed.
Philips BlueControl has
been programmed to
switch off automatically
after the treatment time
has elapsed.
The infrared sensor
is blocked.
Check the position of
Philips BlueControl in the
fixation strap. Make sure
that the material of the
fixation strap or clothing
does not cover the infrared
sensor. If the infrared
sensor is not covered but
Philips BlueControl still
switches off, the skin
temperature is too high.
Philips BlueControl will
switch on automatically
when the skin has cooled
down.
Philips
BlueControl
suddenly
switches off
during treatment,
the light indicator
lights up solid red
for 5 seconds and
the device beeps
three times.
The rechargeable
battery is empty.
Fully charge Philips
BlueControl (See
'Charging').
