Enable or mute the TV speakers

Enter the PBS setup menu.

[Loud Speaker Mute]
. Select one of
the following options:

[Off]
(Off): The TV speakers
are enabled. However, when a
headphone is plugged in, the TV
speakers are muted and the audio is
routed to the headphone.

[On]
(On): TV speakers are muted.

Use blank channel
You can blank the video of the current
channel so that it can be used for off-air radio
transmission, music CDs, etc.

Enable or disable video and audio
output to a recording device
