In the case of excess temperature the electronic drive unit reduces the rotor rota-
tion speed automatically. Depending on the application and the CompactTurbo™
different cooling variants are selectable.
Rotor bearings
• High vacuum side: maintenance-free permanent magnetic bearing.
• Fore-vacuum side: ceramic ball bearing.

must be removed from the TC 600.
