Procedure
1. Remove the protective cap from the exhaust connection.
2. Connect the exhaust line with the exhaust connection.
3. Route the piping downwards from the vacuum pump, to prevent condensate return.
5.4 Connecting the cooling water supply
NOTICE
Property damage as a result of missing cooling
Inadequate cooling may cause damage to the screw pump.
► Make sure that all conditions are met at the cooling water connection.
► In case of operation with heat exchanger, check the cooling liquid level and top up with cooling
liquid as required.

Connecting the cooling water supply with heat exchanger
1. Connect the cooling water inlet and the cooling water outlet with the water supply.
– Connection size: 1/2" thread, ISO 228-1
2. Open the water inflow.
