Adjusting the stitch length

You can set the desired stitch length between 

0.5 mm to 4.0 mm by turning the stitch length 

adjustment knob

Note:

For the two thread chainstitch, the setting 

should be 3.0 or higher.

Removing the needle plate

Raise the presser foot and move the needle(s) 

to the highest position. Remove the presser 

foot and open the swivel plate. Press down the 

needle plate disengaging lever

Inserting the needle plate

Place the needle plate to the rear on the guide
