Mounting the toothed belt / Basic position of the machine drive unit

Switch on the machine.
●
Call up the input mode.
●
Select the service menu.
●
Enter the code number, see
Chapter 9.12 Entering/altering the code number.

Turn the motor shaft by hand, until the value "

" is under "POS" on the display.
●
Turn the balance wheel in sewing direction until the needle point descending from above,
is level with the top edge of the needle plate.
●
Fit toothed belt
