Now use a customary 3/4" ratchet to tension the pewag
bluetrack.
Remove the pewag bluetrack assembly clamps as soon as
they become loose.

Continue tensioning until the pewag bluetrack lock can be
inserted and insert it from the inside.
Now lock the pewag bluetrack lock with its counterpart.

Insert the screws from the top and secure them from the bottom
with a self-locking nut. Tighten them with a ratchet or wrench
(wrench width 22 mm) to prevent the pewag bluetrack lock
from opening.
Now remove the pewag bluetrack assembly tool. Optimum
tension is achieved if the sag of the track between the wheels
is below 50 mm. If the sag is larger than 50 mm, adjust the
pewag bluetrack by means of the pewag bluetrack locks
(different lengths) and / or the removable crossbeam.
