ASSEMBLING THE MACHINE AND INITIAL STARTING UP
IMPORTANT!
Do not place the machine on the table, as the table is not designed for supporting the weight of the ma-
chine.
1. Two persons are required for taking the saw out of the packaging using the two carrying tubes. Before assembly, check
all the parts to make sure none of them has been damaged in transport. Any damage that is found is to be reported im-
mediately to your reseller. Check that the delivery is complete.
2. Tilt back the body of the machine as shown in the photographs in Fig. 4 opposite, in order to put the saw legs in the
working position more easily.
3. To do so, loosen the four locking screws (A) Fig. 3 so as to be able to move the legs (B) Fig. 5.
4. Put the saw body in the vertical position.
USE IN CIRCULAR MODE
IMPORTANT!
Risk of crushing!
While turning the saw table, there is a risk of crushing!
Do not put your hands between the saw table and the sides.
Always hold the table while it is being turned so that it does not turn suddenly.
Make sure the saw is secured properly to avoid accidental movements.
Before using your machine, make sure it is stable, with no risk of slipping. Make sure there is enough space around the
machine for safe use.
Read the manual carefully and follow the safety instructions. Before putting the machine into operation, make sure that
all the covers and guards are in place.
Check the working of the saw blade.
Remove all workpieces from the saw table.
Press the switch briefly and release it, to check that the saw blade is turning in the direction of the arrow on the blade.
If the material is already machined, be mindful of the presence of foreign bodies.
1. In order to be able to use the saw in circular table saw mode, you need to position the riving knife. To do so, the saw
must be in the mitre saw position.
2. Turn the saw table. Press the locking system (C) Fig. 7, in order to release the table and turn it. At the end of the turn,
the table must click into the locked position.
3. Raise the saw head to the high position. To do so, push the saw head slightly and pull the small round-headed lever (D)
Fig. 8, then give it a quarter turn and let the pins (E) Fig. 9 re-engage.
4. Then loosen the wing screw (F) Fig. 10 used for fastening the riving knife (G). The fastening cylinder (H) of the riving
knife has two grooves, thus providing two adjustment possibilities. Lift the guard (I) Fig. 11 and position the knife as
shown in Fig. 12. Tighten the wing screw (F) Fig. 10.
IMPORTANT! Make sure the riving knife is sufficiently far away from the saw blade as shown in Fig. 13.
5. Push down the saw head by pulling the head release button and lowering the head until the release button is locked
again; see Fig. 14.
6. Turn the depth adjustment lever (J) Fig. 14 fully anticlockwise so that the saw head moves down completely.
7. Now you can turn the saw table by pressing the lever (K) Fig. 15 until it clicks into place.
8. Fit the blade guard upon the riving knife. Press the button located on the blade guard to secure it to the riving knife. If
you do not have an extraction system, secure the dust bag supplied to the chip removal nozzle (M) Fig.17 located below
the saw table.
9. Assemble the mitre fence and the rip fence as illustrated in Fig. 17.
You can now use your circular saw.
USE IN MITRE SAw MODE
IMPORTANT!
Before adjusting the saw: switch the saw off, disconnect it from the power source and wait for it come to a
complete stop.

1. To use the saw in mitre saw mode, press the lever (C) Fig. 7 to release the table and move it up. At the end of the table
rotation, you should hear a click.
2. Raise the saw head to the high position. To do so, push the saw head slightly and pull the small round-headed lever (D)
Fig. 8, then give it a quarter turn and let the pins (E) Fig. 9 re-engage.
3. To set the depth stop, move the limiter (N) to the left or right depending on the required depth Fig. 18. Move the limiter
to the right for more depth and to the left for less depth.
4. Put the riving knife back once again using the wing screw (F) Fig. 10 as illustrated in Fig. 19.
5. Turn the cutting height setting lever (J) Fig. 14 fully clockwise (direction opposite the circular saw mode).
6. Fit the dust removal cover (1) Fig. 1 below the saw table, inserting the two black plastic heads (O) Fig. 20.7. If you do not
have an extraction system, attach a dust bag to one of the two extraction nozzles.
You can now use your mitre saw.
IMPORTANT!
Before adjusting the saw: switch the saw off, disconnect it from the power source and wait for it come to a
complete stop.
Adjusting the cutting angle:
1. You can adjust the bevel from 0° to 45° to the left thanks to the lock lever (R) Fig. 22. To tilt the saw head to the required
angle, turn the bevel lock lever a quarter turn anticlockwise, tilt the saw head until the required cutting angle is achieved
(use the graduations (S) Fig. 22), then tighten the bevel lock lever by giving it a quarter turn clockwise.
2. To adjust the rotation of the saw head, loosen the screw (T) Fig. 23, then turn the saw head
from 0° to 45° to the
left or right. Then re-tighten the screw.
STARTING UP AND STOPPING
in circular table saw mode:
1. To start up the saw, press the green button (U) Fig. 24.
2. To switch off the saw, press the red button (V) Fig. 24.
The saw has an emergency stop push-button.
in mitre saw mode:
1. To start up the mitre saw, press the green button (U) Fig. 24.
2. Press the releasing button (W), while keeping the trigger (X) pushed in Fig. 25. Make sure the blade turns correctly and
release the trigger switch release button.
3. To start cutting, remember to engage the release lever (I) Fig. 11 to release the blade guard and to move the head down.
LENGTHwISE CUTS
1. Adjust the rip fence according to the cutting width required in relation to the saw blade.
2. To assemble the rip fence on the saw table, position the fence support on the rail (Y) and tighten the screw (Z) to lock the
rip fence Fig. 26.
3. Place the workpiece on the support surface, with the wider/flatter side resting on the saw table as illustrated in Fig. 27:
4. Guide broad workpieces by hand along the saw blade, holding them firmly at the left and right.
IMPORTANT!
Stay at a safe distance from the saw blade.
BEVEL CUTS
For bevel cutting, the workpiece is cut at an angle of 0° to +45° in relation to the vertical.
1. Make sure the saw table is properly locked.
2. Secure the workpiece firmly with the vice as illustrated in Fig. 28.
3. Release the bevel lock lever and adjust the required bevel angle.
4. Make sure that the riving knife is correctly placed (see Fig. 19) in relation to the saw blade.
5. Tighten the bevel lock lever once again.
6. Start the saw and, using the handle, slowly bring down the saw head onto the workpiece and make the cut. While cutting,
press the saw head on the workpiece, making sure that the rotation speed of the motor does not slow down excessively.
7. Cut the piece in a single movement.
8. After cutting, release the switch and wait for the blade to come to a complete stop.
9. Put the saw head back into its initial position.
CROSS CUTS
1. Insert the mitre fence into one of the slots of the table as illustrated in Fig. 29 and adjust the required angle. Then tighten
the screw (A).
2. Start the saw and, using the mitre fence, slowly guide the workpiece towards the rotating saw blade.
