Changing worn wheels
Regularly check the condition of the wheels by striking them with
a key (not provided), using a screwdriver as the spindle.
If the wheel is cracked, it must be replaced.
EnergyGrind-200A sharpener : disconnect the sharpener. Unclip
and raise the tool holder and run the wheel in the direction
opposite to normal operation. Take off the tightening nut, cover
and washer and remove the wheel from its compartment. After
replacement, check tightening before restarting.
EnergyGrind-200BA sharpener : fit the deburring wheel
as shown below:
EnergyGrind-100A sharpener : disconnect the sharpener. Unclip
and raise the tool holder and run the wheel in the direction op-
posite to normal operation. Once the wheel is released, remove it
from its compartment. After replacement, check that the wheel is
properly positioned before restarting.
