Insert the end of the Tow Arm to the hole of the S Type Hook. Insert the Small
Pin through the hole of the Tow Arm and lock the Pin (Fig. 19).
NOTE:
pull onto the Pin and then pull onto the Tow Arm to make sure it is
locked and secure.
