Lift up on the stroller handle with both hands until the stroller frame is in the
open position (Fig. 6a).
Locate the frame lock on each side of the stroller. Push the frame lock outward
and then down until the frame is locked (Fig. 6b).
NOTE:
The frame lock on both sides must be securely locked before use.
